Established 2005 in Melbourne we have 12 locations with rooms available all around Australia. Rooms are rented on an hourly basis and are chosen by you; using our simple online calendar or our smart phone app.

Our online booking system is a fast, simple way of booking the rooms you want to use.
Rooms are booked in hour long sessions and of course you can book for multiple hours in a row.
At the end of the month you have one single payment to make that contains all your months bookings.
With our mobile app on iOS and Android you can now book straight from your mobile phone.
You only book and pay for the hours you actually see clients.
Your fees are always visible, you can view your current usage and manage your budget.
Hourly fees start in the low twenties but quickly scale down to the lowest pricing level based on how many bookings you have this month.
Simply put; the more hours you book the cheaper each booking is.
Our rooms are comfortable, confidential and professional.
Each of our locations are only shared by registered, insured professionals like you.
And like you, everyone is using the rooms to run and grow their own private practise.
Every counsellor also receives a free profile on Counselling Access, helping to grow your practise.
We also offer the free service Counselling Access Online which is a website designed to help clients discover you. You do this by creating your profile page with your photo, a small bio, your specialities and the hours you are available. Potential clients can then use our 'find a counsellor' questionnaire to match their needs to your skills.
You will also be discoverable via Google or other search engines. It's a bit like having a free professional website.
All of our locations are independently owned and operated. Each has its own unique character, yet all share the goal of providing comfortable confidential Counselling Rooms.

Your location will be totally independent. You'll decide your pricing, which Counsellors to accept, what hours you'll be open. Everything. We just provide tools and advice to help you run your business better and easier.
Our fees are calculated based on the number of bookings made at your location to make sure you get paid first.
We're here to help. We've been doing this since 2005 and we've learnt the solutions to many situations first hand.
This can be a great stable source of income to even out the ups and downs of your practice. And unlike your practice, the money you earn isn't directly tied to the hours you work.
As the income is spread over a large number of smaller transactions there is a reduction in the risk you're exposed to. It's simply less likely all of your customers will be having a down time at the same time.
