Question 1: My client has cancelled. Can I cancel my session?
Answer: Yes you can cancel your session up right up to the time of your session. Just go to cancel mode and cancel by ticking the box and hitting the cancel button. Please be aware that fees will apply. Please see the fees section of the rooms you are using.

Question 2: I cancelled my session and then my client arrived. I didn't have time to rebook the room before the session. What do I do?
Answer: You can book up to 15 hours in the past. Just go into the system and rebook in the ususal manner.

Question 3: I wanted to cancel but the system was down at the time and now the system won't let me.
Answer: Just email the manager of your rooms the time and date and she will cancel the session for you.

Question 4: I have made a regular booking well into the future, but now find that I need to be away for some of the days that I have prebooked.
Answer: Cancellations made more than a month ahead do not incurr a cancellation fee.

Question 5: When I booked my favorite room was not available so I booked another. When I arrived the booking in my favorite room was cancelled and so I wanted to change rooms. What do I do? And will I end up being charged twice?
Answer: Simply cancel the booking in the room you do not require and book the room you want to use. You cannot be charged for a booking and a cancellation in the same hour.

Question 6: What does the light green shading mean that occasionally comes up on booking page?
Answer: Any times shown in light green indicate that you have previously booked and cancelled in this time slot. If you book again in this time slot you will be deleting a cancellation fee.

Question 7: I have mislaid the invoice you sent me, can I access my invoices on the booking system?
Answer: You can access all of your invoices on the booking system. To access the past 3 months, or the 3 months in the future, please log in to your account, and go into "Invoice". You will see these invoices are there. You can print these up for your own tax records.

Question 8: I need to access more than the past 3 months of invoices
Answer: Please follow these instructions:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click on "Invoice”to go into your invoice.
3. Click on "Jan" or any other month except the current month.
4. Look up at the address bar starting www.counsellingrooms....... This will end in a number corresponding to the month you clicked on eg Jan with end in month=2010-01.
5. Change this number to reflect the numeric value of the month you require, for example, for November you need to put in “month = 2009-11”.
6. Press "enter" to get the relevant invoice to come up.
7. Print in the usual method by clicking on “print”.
